DESCRIPTION:“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” This 
 workshop is inspired by this Benjamin Franklin quote and will provide some 
 useful tips on how to make life easier on the researcher by taking a few 
 simple steps in the beginning of the survey design process. This workshop 
 is designed for anybody looking to use Qualtrics to design a survey. It 
 will walk through creating a survey and will provide best practices in 
 regards to survey design. A specific focus will be placed on how to best 
 create a survey that will make the data analysis much simpler and that will 
 minimize the amount of data cleaning that will need to occur. This session 
 will be taught via Zoom: a link to the Zoom session will be sent in the 
 confirmation and reminder emails.
