In this introduction to single cell RNA-seq analysis, we will go over quality control, processing, and visualization of single cell data.The workshop will be taught using the Seurat package in R. This workshop will be held via Zoom: the link will be sent in the confirmation and reminder emails.

Prerequisites: Working experience in R and RStudio, including installing and running packages, and familiarity with single cell RNA-seq/batch RNA-seq.
