In this workshop participants will learn how to use the Fiji/ImageJ software to read and write image data from UVA’s OMERO image database. We will demonstrate how to use OMERO plugins for interactive image processing workflows and also provide script examples for non-interactive batch processing of images that are hosted in the OMERO database. All participants will be provided with an OMERO guest account. 

Pre-requisites: Working knowledge of Fiji is required
