Much of the power of R code resides in the packages that you install. But, sometimes it is difficult getting all of the packages to work correctly with a current version of R. Knowing where your packages are installed and how to preserve a library of packages may save you time and effort in your research.

In this workshop, we will discuss where R packages are installed on Rivanna, different techniques for installing them, and how you can maintain your own library of packages.

Pre-requisites:  Some programming experience with R
