This workshop will cover how to run Alphafold2 on Rivanna to predict 3D protein structures from amino acid sequences. We will go over example job scripts for both monomers and multimers, how to interpret QC metrics, and how to visualize results.

Participants should have some previous experience with HPC or attend one of the Using HPC From Your Browser workshops on Mon June 5.
