Introduction to UVA Research Computing Resources

This workshop introduces various advanced computing resources at UVA. Students and researchers at UVA have access to various computational resources including large-scale storage systems, a couple of supercomputers, and multiple data analytics systems. In the class, the audience will learn how to choose the right system for their research, how to access and run their jobs, and also the best practices for using those systems. This is a beginner’s level class and students are expected to bring their own laptops (but not required).

Pre-Requisites: None.
