This workshop will teach you the basics of Python, starting with installation and setup on your computer. We will work through examples that showcase the built-in data types, loops, and conditionals, as well as using the most popular Python packages for scientific research. Be sure to bring your laptop to participate in the exercises. No prior coding experience is required.
